Daily workouts will be sent via TrueCoach (which will show you demo videos, track progress metrics, and be the platform we communicate on day to day) and will be based on your assessment, goals, and schedule. A program is only effective if it meets you where you’re at and leads you towards where you want to be. Everyone’s program should have progressions and have phases of training that are specific to their needs. This will lead to best results by limiting wear and tear, building structural strength, a bigger base, and not allowing for accommodation. Everyone has unique ability levels, strengths and weaknesses, and goals so your training should not look the same as anyone else!
